Patient Access
The practice offers a repeat prescription service.
We ask you to leave at least 48 hours before collecting your repeat prescription.
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions are for housebound patients only.
Many local pharmacies also offer prescription collection/ delivery service, ask your chemist for more details.
You can also order you repeat prescription online if you sign up to our online “Patient Access” service.
We ask patients to keep up to date with their regular medication reviews.
Please be aware, if you are overdue a medication review, you may not be prescribed your repeat prescription until you see a clinician for a review.
