Due to the on-going coronavirus pandemic, in order to protect our patients and staff, all GP appointments will be offered as telephone or video consultations in the first instance. If the GP feels there is a clinical need for you to be seen after your initial telephone or video consultation, they will arrange a follow-up face to face appointment for you.

Face to face appointments are available with our Nurses. If you need to, or if you have been advised to make an appointment with a Nurse, then please speak to reception.

We advise patients to use our online services where possible to access practice services, to avoid waiting on the phone and to help keep lines free for those who cannot access us online such as the elderly or vulnerable.
